TJ is a full service milk man at the Coleman Little Rock,

Arkansas Branch. He is quiet, hard-working and doesn’t

understand the fuss over “just doing his job”.

Coleman Dairyy is proud of TJ, just like all the other

employees, for representing their core values of

“Do what’s right”.

The average cow drinks from 30 to 50 gallons of water each day about a bathtubs worth.

Cows have an acute sense of smell, and can smell something up to 6 miles away.

An average dairy cow weighs 1,400 pounds and consumes about 50 pounds of dry matter (e.g., hay, grass, grain) each day.

The most common breed of dairy cow in the United States is the Holstein while the Jersey cow produces milk with the highest butterfat content.
